When you signed up for your library card, you chose a 4-digit personal identification number. You need your PIN to access your library account online, use our online research tools, or check out books at the self-checkout machines. If you cannot remember what your PIN is, please try the following:

1. Try entering the last four digits of your phone number. That is frequently the PIN that people choose to have.

2. If that does not work, please call the Bob Harkins Branch at 250-563-9251 ext 100 or the Nechako Branch at 250-962-9710. We can look up your PIN for you.

3. You can also get us to look up your PIN while you are in the library. Just ask at the checkout counter.
