Donating to the Prince George Public Library
Give a gift that lasts: Honour with Books.
Your "Honour with Books" donation to the public library represents a continuing benefit for the entire community while helping you honour a loved one in a generous and special way.
If you choose this donation option, we will send an honour with books card acknowledging your gift to the library in their honour. The amount of your donation will not be disclosed.
You receive a thank-you letter and a tax receipt for the donation. The minimum donation is $25.00.
A distinctive bookplate with the name of the donor and the person being honoured will be placed in a new book for every $25.00 donated.
Unfortunately, we will not be able place your bookplate in a specific book, but you may specify a particular area of the collection or branch, and we’ll do our best to acknowledge your donation in that area.
Donations:
- $25.00 1 bookplate
- $50.00 2 bookplates
- $75.00 3 bookplates, etc.

Donations
Young children, mothers, fathers, seniors, teens: all depend on their library for so much!
As our community continues to grow, there is an increasing demand for books that open new worlds of learning for children and for reading materials that keep pace with the ever changing needs of adults.
As a library supporter, your financial donations will help purchase much needed books, learning materials, publications and services which improve the lives of so many.
We need your help.
You can make a donation to your library through a direct tax-deductible financial contribution. You may also provide a gift by naming the Prince George Public Library in your will or as a beneficiary of life insurance.
If you'd like to donate please print out the donation card , fill it in, and send the card along with your donation to the library.
