2024 Risk Assessment Survey

The purpose of this survey is to help your Health & Safety Committee to complete an organization-wide Risk Assessment. The Risk Assessment is required by WorkSafeBC and is for risks that impact staff in their work, not risks to the public. The goal is to identify hazards that impact staff health and safety, determine their level of risk, and develop strategies to reduce the risks identified.

Personal Information
Workplace Hazards
Identify and describe the hazards you face in your workplace on a daily basis. A hazard is defined as anything you encounter in the course of your work that can harm or adversely affect you. The term "controls" refers to the different measures implemented to reduce or eliminate a potential risk. Closing the public washroom for one hour to permit the dispersal of an inhalable substance is an example of an engineering control that reduces the risk of exposure to a potentially hazardous substance.

2022 COVID-19 Safety Measures at PGPL

With the provincial government removing many of the restrictions implemented to lessen the impact of COVID-19, PGPL is reviewing safety protocols for staff and patrons going forward, and we are asking for staff input into these decisions.

In order to ensure that we receive only one survey submission per staff member, we're asking that everyone include their pgpl.ca email address in their survey response. This information will be stripped from the data that is exported for analysis so that identifying information is removed from survey responses.
